At Dualtron, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance electric scooter. If your ride isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unused vehicle within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Vehicle
Ensure the scooter is in its original condition, unused, and packed securely in the original factory box with all chargers and manuals included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
